EYES
Use a shimmer silver eyeshadow on the base of your eyelid. Deepen the outer corners with a matte black shadow, and keep the brow bone matte and neutral.
When you want one thing to pop, like the silver shimmer shadow, use matte colors for the rest of your look.
Line your eyes with a black gel liner for a dramatic line. Gel or liquid liners will look more dramatic than a pencil or powder.
The finishing touch is the false lashes. They dress her eyes up and add more glamour. Black mascara to blend your own lashes in with the false ones should be your last step.

FACE
When playing up the eyes so much, keep your face matte and polished. Your eyes will stand out more. A soft rose, blush will give your cheeks just enough color and definition.
