Nicole Lynne from patrick mcivor color studio offers up some tips on how to give clients individual attention that keeps them loyal.
“Following up with guests after a service is one of the best ways to retain clientele. Keep a client file on your iPhone or PDA, it’s more environmentally friendly than a card, and keep notes such as retail products purchased, formula changes, new requests, concerns or new styling techniques demonstrated.
After the appointment, connect with your client via text, email, phone call or note card and check in on their feelings about their hair. It makes me look professional and it allows me to gather more information to base future services on which ensures that I meet expectations. Following up keeps me connected to my guests and keeps them coming back!”
