Gloria NotoMakeup Artist Gloria Noto was the winner of the Reality Show "Get Your Face On". She sat down with YBI to give us the scoop on her background and what she'll do next.

YBI: How long have you been a Makeup Artist?
GN: I have been a makeup artist for almost 6 years now.  While I was in art college, I realized that I needed to be out there doing what I really love.  I jumped right into it by setting up photo shoots with local photographers.  I would not only create the makeup and hair looks, but I would find the model, style the shoot, and direct the shoot.  It was a great way for me to learn and grow.

Amy StrozziIn the midst of this country’s most recent dramatic and historical election process, a story broke that put one of our peers right in the middle of controversy. Amy was hired to work and travel with the Governor during a very rigorous schedule that had her at times traveling to several states per day. We spoke to Amy about her career, her current position working with the show “So You Think You Can Dance” and of course how she felt when her wages was made public.

Nicole Paxson“Nicole Paxson knows firsthand that beauty goes beyond skin deep. For Nicole a long history of struggle with the chronic illness Lupus has granted her the gift of a more beautiful perspective. Since 12-years of age, Nicole survived strenuous bouts of Chemotherapy, sun sensitivities, blood disorders, plus the red "butterfly rash" along her face and body associated with the illness. Today, Nicole is fighting back to change the face of the disease altogether by creating something magical- a cosmetic line that allows all types of women, no matter what challenges they've faced, the ability to regain their confidence through flawless skin.” (NicolePaxson.com)

Of course when someone starts their own makeup line we ask all the questions you want to know- why, how, and what’s next! You’ll love her answers!

Mayra RodriguezYBI: When did you decide to become a Hair Stylist?
MR: I never really knew what being a hairstylist consisted of, or thought of it much about being a career. I was only 14 and didn't want to go my local high school. I felt that there would be trouble for me and I wouldn't amount to much. So I worked really hard to get accepted into the cosmetology program at Skyline High School. Being a silly and immature, I thought," Well at least they'll teach me how to do my own hair, if nothing else." Boy, I was wrong!

YBI: How did you become a Toni&Guy Stylist?
MR: On July 8, 1998, the summer before my senior year in high school I began employment for Toni&Guy! There I got a whole new perspective on what hairdressing can really be.
