YourBeautyIndustry.com’s Member Directory acts a networking facility that connects you with beauty professionals or professionals related to the beauty industry. By using YourBeautyIndustry.com, you agree that you have read, understand and are bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change or delete portions of these Terms at any time without further notice. Your continued use of YourBeautyIndustry.com Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Privacy
We do not share your private information with 3rd parties. We advise you to use caution with protecting your own privacy. Please contact us immediately if you receive any questionable requests from our company or other users.
Eligibility
You may not use YourBeautyIndustry.com’s Member Directory if you are under 14. If you are between the ages of 14 and 18, we strongly suggest that you seek parental consent to use YourBeautyIndustry.com. If you are required to register as a sex offender in any jurisdiction, you may not use YourBeautyIndustry.com

- content that is threatening, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or that depicts nudity, pornography or graphic or gratuitous violence, or anything else that we may consider offensive.
- YourBeautyIndustry.com does not screen, review, edit or approve any user content. YourBeautyIndustry.com may, in its sole discretion, remove or disable access to any user content.
Prohibited Conduct
By using or accessing YourBeautyIndustry.com’s profile directory and message boards, you represent, warrant and agree that you will not:

- use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access YourBeautyIndustry.com
- send spam or any other unauthorized advertisements or solicitations through or using YourBeautyIndustry.com

- use an iFrame or offer web search functionality on YourBeautyIndustry.com
- intimidate or harass any user
- do anything that is illegal, infringing, fraudulent, malicious or could expose our website or YourBeautyIndustry.com users to harm or liability
- post nude or indecent images or post links to such images
- attempt, encourage or facilitate any of the above.

Please note, regardless of the choices you make for receipt of our newsletter and/or special offers, we will continue to contact you with service-related messages via email. These messages are a condition of your membership and an essential component to the YBI Membership Program and will include but are not limited to information and updates to our website and magazine.
Your Privacy Practices
If you collect, access or use information relating to any user on YourBeautyIndustry.com, you must obtain consent from the user and make it clear to the user that the collection is being carried out by you and not YourBeautyIndustry.com.

User Disputes; Complaints
